You can measure your current contacts' profitability, its time span, and whether it has been effective for the company or not, based on the business opportunities obtained as of the time being (opportunities created, gained and lost). It allows you to have access and visibility to all the efforts made within a certain period of time. Using this module will allow you to have a better understanding of how sales strategies are being applied within your company, in which sector they should focus more and if the strategy is having an effect. More importantly, the account profitability module lets you know which customers you should focus on and which ones you shouldn't, allowing you to invest your time in a much smarter way to get results.
The list of accounts is a feature that allows us to group accounts to have easier management of them, to define strategic accounts and to define lists by sectors or by country. You can manage these lists directly from the active Sprint you are working on, once there, you will see the option to add lists, and it will allow you to import these contacts directly into the Sprint, affecting its goal. Similarly, you can add contacts you have in your Sprint directly to a list of accounts.
Monitoring your goals is very simple. First, you must access the SalesForce module within the CRM and there you will find all your Sprints, including the active Sprint. By clicking on it, you can access its goals and relevant data such as the current status of the goals, the contacts that make up the Sprint, the number of leads, the number of leads that were successfully converted into customers and a percentage of the current status of said goal. Keep in mind that you can manage everything related to your goals from this function, being able to change the status, add accounts, leave notes and others, until the goal in question has been reached and you can proceed to close the Sprint in which you were working.
Many times, the goals stated in the Sprints are not met one hundred percent, however, this data is not lost. When you close a Sprint in Rootnet CRM, the system will automatically ask you if you want to pass the accounts and leads that were not converted to customers to the next active Sprint. If you want to, you just have to click on the option in the pop-up window and the CRM will carry out this action automatically. This way, we can pass the unfinished contacts to the next sprint (that is, all the contacts that did not pass to "client" or the final state of the sales flow will be passed to the next active sprint) and thus not lose the tracking that I was doing to those prospects.
You don’t “install” our CRM system, you just sign-up and login. Everything is stored on our servers and you just access the system using a browser. There is nothing to install, nothing to maintain – Rootnet CRM takes away the hassle of running a CRM system!
Our Rootnet CRM integrates with other software such as Mailchimp, and we are working on an API so that integration with other software that complements your sales automation process can be used alongside our Rootnet.
Because Rootnet CRM is a Cloud CRM system, all you need to use the CRM system is the browser that you are using now. No software is installed locally, so you can use the CRM system on PCs, Macs, iPads and smartphones. We support FireFox, Chrome, Safari and version 7 and above of Internet Explorer. Rootstack and all its products are written using a technique called “responsive design” that adjusts automatically to the size of the device. On smartphones, such as iPhones and Android devices, the CRM system also integrates into the device to call telephone numbers (Coming soon).
Yes, we run on Macs. This CRM system just uses a browser, so it works fine with Safari, Firefox, or any browser that you have installed on your Mac. You do not need an app to work on your iPad or iPhone. It’s really simple, just use your internet browser, probably Safari, and navigate to www.rootnetapp.com The website will automatically reformat to fit your iPad or iPhone screen. All of the functionality exists in the same format.
Sprints are the heart of the projects, it is a determined period of time through which we try to do the most work possible, having a very high value within the task or project that we are carrying out. Within our CRM you can manage Sprints quickly and easily. Think of the sprint as a folder in which you can add as many different accounts depending on the goal you have. Remember that each account you place or add to the sprint will be reflected in the progress of your goal. Now, to manage the Sprints, you can do it from the sales module of the CRM, by clicking on "Create Sprint" and you can start using this function.
When it comes to creating Sprints, you can not have more than one active goal at the same time. However, this does not affect the fact that you can continue to create as many Sprints as you wish. We recommend you create the Sprint you need, activate it and see the goal created by the Administrator, as well as the time indicated to meet that goal. Once it is ready, remember to close the Sprint and you can continue activating the next one that you must carry out.
Customer relationship management (CRM) is a system for managing all the company´s interactions (calls, meetings, emails, sales) with each customer. The objective is to have a “360-degree view” of the customer with all information about the customer in one place. Rootnet CRM is a customer Relationship management system that can help manage all processes regarding contacts, potential customers and clients.
SFA Sales Force Automation (SFA) is the name for a software application for salespeople to help them sell. It includes either contact management or opportunity management, together sometimes with email and calendaring (diary sharing). It can run on laptops or handheld PDAs . One challenge faced by these systems is synchronization – updating the laptop/PDA with data from head office and vice versa. The synchronization system is permanently connected to the head office system, removing many of the support headaches that always accompany replicating remote databases.
It is completely customizable, so Rootnet CRM will adapt accordingly to help you achieve your company’s goals. Our Rootnet team is made of experts and certified software developers, willing to lend a hand regarding your needs. You will be able to modify data and information with one single click, avoiding the hassle of having to browse between multiple windows as other CRMs offer. You will have the choice to assign goals and objectives, letting employees choose the best way on how to reach them by setting up sprints and times. Each employee will be contributing to the general objectives and all their efforts will be tracked so to analyze where you are at, where do you want to go and how you are going to get there.
Traditionally, all CRM systems were in-house applications that were installed and ran on servers within the organization. Nowadays, newer CRM systems are Cloud-based. This means that the application and data is all held on the CRM providers’ servers in a datacenter, and accessed via a browser. Cloud CRM, also known as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM, online CRM and Web CRM, has a number of technical and pricing advantages: - You don’t need any local servers to run the CRM on. No capital cost, no server software, no maintenance - Updates, backups, maintenance are all done by the Rootnet Team - Users can access the system from anywhere – home, office or just about anywhere where internet connectivity is available. - By running thousands of customers’ CRM system on our servers, we get great economies of scale which we can pass onto our customers - By paying monthly or annually you reduce risk and improve the cash flow
There are many ways to customize our CRM system, from adding new fields to controlling user access. To start with Rootnet CRM, you will want to add new fields as to be aligned with the company’s strategy. You can do this with Custom Fields. You can also drive some fields by a list of pre-defined values, using Look Up Tables. The sales process can be customized by defining your own Sales Stages and Sales Status.
You don’t have to make all the changes all at once before you start using the CRM. Make the basic changes and then make more as you need them. More advanced customization can be done as the System Administrator to customize the fields, control accessibility and other functionalities in your CRM system. As our Rootnet user, you will have access to more information regarding the handling and customization processes, with our onsite video tutorials.
It is very safe. We will host our client’s data with the utmost responsibility and because we take data security very seriously. The data is legally yours, you can download a copy of it at any time. We run two data centers, so if one fails, everything gets switched to the other. This architecture has allowed us to achieve 99.999% uptime. We back up the data every night and store it offsite in a fireproof safe. No customer can access another customer’s data.
We take a full backup of every customer’s data every night, We also replicate the data in real time across two datacenters, so if one datacenter goes down we can fail over to the other datacenter without losing any data.
To make sure that all this data is secure and each customer only sees their own data, we have security at multiple levels within the system: two within the main code base and another at the database level. For some customers where security is a real issue, we can offer to run our Rootnet CRM directly within their own servers (Coming soon).
